Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 16, 2026 · Pawsitively Perfect Websites, LLC

Pawsitively Perfect Websites ("PPW," "we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you visit our website or engage with our services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you fill out our contact form, template order form, or any intake form. This includes your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any message or notes you provide. Mobile information will not be shared, sold, or conveyed to third parties for marketing/promotional purposes. We also collect information automatically through Google Analytics (GA4), including your browser type, pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information you provide is used to respond to your inquiries, process service orders, communicate project updates, and deliver completed web design work. Analytics data is used to understand how visitors use our site and to improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data. Google Analytics uses cookies to track visitor interactions. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to improve your browsing experience and to collect analytics data. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Please see our Cookie Policy for more details.

5. Email Communications

By submitting a contact or order form, you consent to receiving email communications from PPW related to your inquiry or project. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email or contacting us directly.

6. SMS / Text Message Communications

If you become a client of PPW, you are required to consent to receive transactional and account-related SMS and MMS messages at the mobile number you provide. This consent is captured at checkout and again in the signed Master Service Agreement. SMS consent is a condition of service.

Categories of messages: project status updates, milestone notifications, billing reminders, payment receipts, renewal notices, customer service responses, password reset confirmations, and time-sensitive website notices (downtime, domain expiry).

Frequency: typically 2–15 messages per month, varying by account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your wireless carrier apply.

No marketing sharing. Your mobile phone number, opt-in status, and SMS message content are never sold, rented, shared, or distributed to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. The only third parties that handle your SMS data are the messaging infrastructure providers (Twilio) we use to deliver these messages, and only as strictly necessary to deliver the service.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to unsubscribe from non-essential messages. Reply HELP for help. After opting out, you may continue to receive transactional messages strictly required for service delivery (critical account security or billing notices). Full SMS terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All form submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

8. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data: Google Analytics (analytics), Mailgun and Resend (transactional email), Twilio (SMS/MMS delivery), Stripe and QuickBooks Payments (payment processing), and Vercel (web hosting). Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing data use. None of these vendors receive your data for their own marketing purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information held by PPW. To make such a request, contact us at pawsitivelyperfectwebsites@gmail.com.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
